Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping of $8.95 or Free Shipping on orders $75 and over.  We only ship within the United States at this time.

Moon Magic Soapworks works hard to ensure our online orders get out the door and to our customers as soon as possible. Therefore, we fulfill online orders within 48 hours of the original order being placed. Orders typically ship via USPS at which time you'll be provided with a tracking number once the order has been processed for shipping. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly. 

IN SHOP PICK-UP

Are you local to the Daingerfield, TX area of Northeast Texas?   We offer FREE in shop pickup!   Choose the 'In Store Pickup' option offered at checkout and simply stop into the shop to pickup your order.  

When choosing curbside pickup, you as the customer are responsible for picking up your order from Moon Magic Soapworks during our specified hours below. Once the order is received and prepared, we'll send a notification via text/email to let you know your order is ready for pickup!  Or you can call us at (903) 563-8472 for an update on your order.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 48 hours.
