Shipping Charges

Are based on the weight and size of your package.

We ship our packages via USPS and give you the option between Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. We do our best to prepare your order for shipment within 3-5 business days from date of purchase.  We work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm, closed on Sunday and Monday.  We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.  The shipping time estimated at checkout is USPS's estimated transit time and does not include the time it takes for us to process and pack your order here at Moon Magic Soapworks.

Example:  You select 2-Day Priority Mail shipping at checkout, that 2 day estimate is from USPS for the actual shipping time once it leaves our workshop. As mentioned above it can take approximately 3-5 business days to process your order especially at peak times of the year for the holiday season. You will be notified via phone or email if for some reason your order will take longer which in our experience happens rarely.

Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.  At this time we only ship to the United States territories.
